DISCOVERY MEETING $150 USD
Discovery is a comprehensive, one hour deep dive into your specific needs via videoconference or phone. It results in a clear plan for moving forward. It helps me understand what you want to accomplish and helps both of us understand how much time is needed and what steps can be taken. The meeting is a basis for me to write up a scope of work that you can use as a map to reach your goal(s). In some cases the discovery fee may cover the cost of a single, small, time-limited project. If you have a big job, multiple projects, or ongoing needs, you can opt for one of the retainers below. You could also take the result of the Discovery to another helper or use it on your own.

RETAINER PACKAGES

A Discovery meeting is a prerequisite before entering into a retainer agreement. Purchasing a retainer entitles you to ongoing, attentive support based on my capacity and your needs, for the length of time period that you select. I generally have a number of clients at the same time. It will be a dance and negotiation.

Things to keep in mind:

• During the retainer period you will need to be available for a 15-minute weekly (or every other week) check-in call. My work is dialogic and does not happen if we are not in regular conversation.

• You will get a link to my online scheduler to request additional 15-, 30-, or 60-minute calls or work sessions any time at no extra charge. I’ll confirm based on my current workload.

• Additional hourly fees of $25/hour will apply for any intensive, multi-hour, deadline bound grant-writing, editing, or research that you need from me. We will discuss and negotiate this so there are no surprises.
