Physical movement informs so many areas of artistic, intellectual, and spiritual awareness. Drawing on my years of experience in dance, aikido, and somatic studies, I will:
Work with 1 to 12 people
In-person in the Philadelphia PA, USA area, or
Anywhere in the world via Zoom or Google Meet
Address your needs or interests which may include
Technique practice in contemporary dance, ballet basics, Aikido basics
Improvisational/freestyle dance skills
Movement coaching for performance
Personal yoga practice
Body awareness and agility, increase grace
Moving through injury recovery
Ways to relax and stretch your body for wellbeing
Coping with aging
Approaches to seated meditation, the body part of the practice
